The room was simple but had air conditioning which was a huge plus. Great bang for your buck! the staff here were pretty good and took care of everything I needed. the location was awesome, right next to the night market 🌃.

We took a standard room and it had a private safe, central heating, and an iron with ironing board.

Friendly staff
Hotel is not correctly located on your map.It is a downtown, not the seaside-hotelera zone.

The employees were decent and affable. the location of the hotel was very central, just off the Soberanis and the downtown. There was a great selection of restaurants to eat, like the Buffet at Aria, that was only a 5-minute walk away.

My stay was good at night and next morning. I had reasonably large and functional room with a private safe, central heating, and an iron with ironing board. The bed was comfortable enough to me. The location was particularly good and stunning and near a bus station.
The staff - some of them were very unfriendly.

it didn't seem to be a 3 star hotel at all as it was rated in the web

The hotel staff was very friendly and willing to help. Every day I had two bottles of fresh water in my room. The location is good IF for some reason you would rather be in the downtown area.
The room was clean but the A/C could only be switched on or off. When there was a cloudy day, there wasn't any hot water so I had to shower with cold water. The water pressure in the shower was very poor. The Breakfast was very poor, no eggs/salads/cheeses. Would rather stay at the hotel area next time instead of the downtown area.

This place was basic, but the staff were super friendly and nice. 😊

The little outside eating area was a cool place to watch the day go by, the room looked clean, and it was relatively cheap.
My room had bedbugs, and the tile in the halls really made people sound loud outside the room, and the lady at reception was rather curt, but the rest of the staff was very nice.
